Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED. All orders are non-refundable, but in some instances, we may offer an exchange.

If for some reason, you are dissatisfied with the products you receive, we will offer an ONE TIME ONLY exchange within 3 days of receiving your product. Once the hair has been installed, due to the nature of the product, the exchange policy is not applicable.

We at D’Haute Beauty, takes great pride in our products, from quality assurance to packaging. We try to ensure that each order is to your exact specifications. If an incorrect product was sent to you, we will consider an exchange if the items meet the following criteria. Please note that exchanging a product is at the sole discretion of D’Haute Beauty.

• Items are NOT eligible for exchange if they have been used or altered(brushed combed, cut, or processed) in any way. Due to health precaution, the item must be returned in its original in order to for resale.
• Product labels and tie should still be attached to the product, and shows no sign of tampering. 
•  Products must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be granted.
